The Estuary Council lunch menus for Wednesday through Aug. 10 are: Wednesday, chef's salad with sliced turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, egg, greens, tomato, olives, roll, pineapple juice, fruit up-side- down cake. Thursday, fish Florentine, dill sauce, corn, green beans, fresh fruits. Friday, roast pork, apple gravy, baked potato, spinach, rye bread, fruit crisp.
