EAST HAVEN -- Several Board of Education members questioned administrators this week about what they see as disappointing 2003 Connecticut Mastery Test scores. Board members also questioned why one school -- East Haven Academy -- appears to consistently outperform all the other schools. They asked what can be done to share whatever the academy, an alternative middle school, is doing right.
