Don't Forget to See This; 'Sarah Marshall' Full of Big Laughs, and Male Nudity

Summary

IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE with raunchy sex humor, "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" might not be for you. The comedy brims with dirty jokes, foul language and more full-frontal male nudity than I can recall seeing in a mainstream movie.
