Separate plans for a new Good Shepherd Day Care facility and an upscale shopping plaza on the Boston Post Road were aired this week by the Planning and Zoning Board, and both projects could get under way soon. PZB Chairman John Jansen, R-1, said the Good Shepherd proposal drew a "favorable response" from the board.
