Summary
It's one thing to create a town and school budget sufficiently austere to appeal to taxpayers. The second thing is to persuade people to show up at the polls to vote for it. It's that second thing that had First Selectman William Fritz busy in his garage Monday night, building 24 signs to post around town with messages urging townspeople to vote from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Andrews Memorial Town Hall.
