ANSONIA -- There was a whole lot of packing going on last week at John G. Prendergast School. Children in the K-2 school who have family members or friends serving in the military packed shoeboxes full of personal hygiene items, disposable cameras and hand-made greeting cards to be sent overseas for the holidays.
