DERBY -- The Board of Aldermen this week gave Mayor Marc Garofalo approval to sign the preferred developer agreement that would allow Ceruzzi Development to begin plans to revitalize the downtown with 270 residential units. Garofalo said that he hasn't signed the agreement yet, but expects to do so early next week.
