The town has upheld cease-and-desist orders against the owner of 2895 State St. and one tenant, while giving two other tenants time to handle paperwork or pending zoning applications. he Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday upheld the cease-and-desist order against State Five Industrial Park, which owns the property, and Cardinal Logistics, which operates Cardinal Trucking on the site.

The board gave Modern Materials, which crushes stone, 60 days to submit a site survey spelling out its operations and assets on the land. The ZBA tabled action on an order against Milo Fabrications pending the outcome of its permit application with the Zoning Commission.
