Bush's Health Plan Unaffordable, Says Advocacy Group

President Bush's plan to make health insurance affordable for more people is getting a thumbs down from one advocacy group, which has more faith in the efforts of individual states to tackle the problem.

Bush, in his radio address this weekend, talked of his plan to tax employee health benefits that exceed a certain value, while extending a tax credit across the board to those with and without insurance. He will elaborate further tonight in his State of the Union address.
