Summary


The only blemish on the best season in school history for the Bunnell- Stratford football team in 2006 was a blowout loss to cross- town rival Stratford on Thanksgiving Eve.

Bunnell already had a spot reserved in postseason play this year, a chance to repeat as Class L state champion. The Bulldogs had a chance to not only exact a measure of payback, but also prevent Stratford from having a chance to reach the Class SS playoffs.
