Marcus Johnson looked over his shoulder when another substitution entered the game. A.J. Price and Doug Wiggins combined for 10 turnovers, nine of which were committed in the first half. Craig Austrie had trouble working through double screens to defend Bryant's Chris Burns, who just five days ago, dropped 33 points on Syracuse.

All added to Calhoun's growing ire.
