NEW HAVEN -- There may have been a sixth intended victim of the .22-caliber gunmen. A man called police Wednesday and made a late report that he had been shot at in the Hill.

The victim said he was shot at late Saturday into Sunday while he was near the intersection of Congress Avenue and Redfield Street. Police responded to the scene and found about seven shell casings. They were .22 caliber, police said.
