The Representative Town Meeting, which two years ago was the first government body in Connecticut to unanimously oppose the Broadwater floating liquefied natural gas facility, has sent a bipartisan letter urging New York Gov. Elliot Spitzer to block the project.
The letter, signed by all 30 RTM members, adds the body's voice to a chorus that also includes Gov. M.
