A 13-year-old boy found dead of an apparent heroin overdose in the bathroom of a Shelton apartment snorted and smoked the drug while adults were aware of what was unfolding and did nothing to stop it, police said Monday. John Korondi, the 15-year-old brother of the victim, Frank Korondi, claims his younger brother previously told him the couple "did drugs in front of him."
Police are still working to piece together how the tragic case unfolded, but have charged Angela Krasowski, 23, and her ex- husband, James Krasowski, 33, both of Shelton, with first-degree manslaughter and several drug charges.
