Bomb Scare Hits W. Haven Again; 13 High School Students Facing Arrest After 2nd Threat in 2 Days

Thirteen West Haven High School students may have thought it was a practical joke to make two bomb threats in as many days this week, but police said Tuesday the threatening hoaxes are serious and they are pursuing arrest warrants. "Our message is clear to children: Don't be foolish. Think before you act (because) these actions like today could follow you for the rest of your lives," said Police Chief Ronald M. Quagliani.

"We take this very seriously. If in fact you do commit this act, you will be found. You will be arrested, and you will be prosecuted for felonies," he added.
