The mother of a 13-year-old boy shot in the head as he rode his bike from a carnival this weekend urged the Hill community to stop the bloodshed and not retaliate with more violence. At the same time, she delivered a heart-rending message to the person who shot her son.

"To the person that did this to my child, every time you close your eyes I hope you see Justus ... Suggs, the 13-year-old that had a future that you took from him," said Tracy Suggs, breaking into tears.
