NEW HAVEN -- The Center Street Lounge's liquor license is suspended from July 18-21 for allegedly selling to a minor, the Department of Consumer Protection Liquor Control Commission said in a statement. The business at 84 Orange St. also paid a $2,500 fine, the statement said. The alleged violation also included having a minor in a barroom, the statement said.
