Found: Former North Haven resident Dawn Mann now lives in Italy. Recently, she visited her family and enjoyed Sue's Rice Pudding at The Rustic Oak, 165 Washington Ave., North Haven. She asked me to track down the recipe so she could make it for her husband back in Italy. Chef Sue Weins was delighted to share her recipe.
