CHESHIRE -- The Watch Factory Restaurant will be the site of a gathering April 28 to benefit the Tommy Fund, said organizers Jesse Liska and Andrew Rose. "Cooking Up a Cure" will be an evening of cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a silent auction to help fight childhood cancer. The cost is $50 per person or $90 per couple and includes tastings of Austrian, German and French wines, as well as a tortellini bar and other food.
"The Tommy Fund is near and dear to me because it helped out a few of my close friends," said Liska. "I went down to Yale-New Haven and saw how they've changed lives and saved lives. And this group is based in New Haven."See the full content of this document
