Summary
Residents sounded off Wednesday on everything from illegal parking on front lawns to loitering at city parks during the mayor's neighborhood ward meeting. The event, which drew about 25 residents living in wards 1-5, kicked off Mayor James Della Volpe's fall series of open forums. Della Volpe has been holding the meetings since 2001 as a means of opening up the lines of communications between residents and city officials.
