Nov. 23, 1968: Yale 29, Harvard 29. For the first time since 1909, both teams came in undefeated, untied. Brian Dowling's two touchdowns and two TD passes staked Yale to a 29-13 lead, but second- string quarterback Frank Champi rallied Harvard to two touchdowns in the last 42 seconds. Pete Varney caught Champi's pass for the tying conversion after time had expired.

Nov. 23, 1974: Harvard 21, Yale 16. Down 16-14 against an unbeaten Yale team and pinned back on its own 5-yard line with 5:07 to go, Harvard covered the distance in 14 plays. Milt Holt rolled around the left side from the 1 with 15 seconds for the touchdown that gave Harvard a share of the Ivy title.
