MILFORD -- Carol Raffone loved taking her two daughters to the beach in the summer. "My mother and my sister and I would often go to Anchor Beach," said daughter Kristin Vazquez, in Utah.
"Before we went, she would pack the car to the rafters with multiple coolers, blankets, shovels and pails -- everything you could possibly take to the beach. We'd stop at Burger King on the way for french fries and then hit the beach, where we would build sand castles and decorate them with shells we gathered from the water's edge."See the full content of this document
